First, you'll want a professional agent  ready and able to make a full-time commitment to you. I can and will do that. I strive for a win-win solution for both of us. When you're happy, it's easy to refer your family & friends to me. I'll take good care of them! 

Second, you'll want a professional agent with the experience needed to know the local neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, ordinances, etc. With my 14 years of experience in the local market - I have the expertise and track record of success you need. I hold 3 professional designations: ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative)  CRS (Certified Residential Specialist)  and GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute). Contract intrepretation and contract negotiation are my specialities!

Third, you'll want a professional agent who embraces the convenience of technology without losing the personal touch. You'll love the resources available on my website and the e-mail alerts that I send, but these will never replace the time I spend with you, serving as your personal guide through this exciting process.
